The staff provided exceptional hospitality, especially at the restaurant, and we loved lounging by the beautiful pools surrounded by nature. These amenities truly enhanced our relaxing experience.

The dining options were limited, the food quality did not match the prices, and we encountered slow service, which detracted from our stay.

We had a fantastic time exploring the lush grounds and enjoyed lounging by the two great pools. The spacious room was a comfortable retreat after our daily adventures with my two sons. The nearby horse-riding along the beach was a highlight for all of us!

In my kids' opinion, the dining options were too limited for families.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay, especially dining at Trova Coastal Kitchen. The fresh catch of the day was delectable! The pool area is perfect for relaxing, with lots of hammocks to lounge in. Be sure to check your bill for unexpected fees—my total was higher than expected.

Decent option for exploring town in Humacao, offering good value. Gina in the restaurant was amazing and super helpful during our stay. Make sure to check if your room is available before arriving.

Family trip that fell short of greatness

We enjoyed the warm friendly environment and hospitality. The staff made our stay feel comfortable as they went out of their way to be helpful, especially when we needed extra towels at the pool. The beach was just a short walk from our room, which was nice but still a little underwhelming with the beach cleanliness.

Room was nice and clean with daily housekeeping. Really comfy pillows and mattress made sleeping easy. The view from the room was beautiful, and we loved that it was close to the beach. However, I had issues with unexpected charges, which was super frustrating.

the bathroom was outdated, but the pools were so beautiful,, and we loved relaxing in the hammocks around the resort. staff showed great kindness, especially by the bar. the nature here is lovely and peaceful too.

Check-in was seamless, and each team member we encountered, including Christina at reception, was friendly and helpful. My room, a Lagos Collection King Room Garden View, was spacious and impeccably clean, with daily housekeeping ensuring comfort throughout my stay.
